A Skilling Place

I would like to suggest you guys make a Custom Skilling Place
A place where you can practice most skills, without being attacked.
It would be very conveniant for all players
Heres what you should include;
-2 or 3 Stalls for Thieving
-1 range for cooking
-a couple of yew trees around, and a couple of normal and maple aswell
-a Furnace and a couple of anvils
- a few bank booths
- rocks to mine [from tin and copper to runite]
-an npc to take you to the abyss
-Npc shops, for conveniance
Farming store
Herblore Store
Store that sells Rune Ess and Pure Ess
Hide Tanning store
Cooking Store -selling cooked and raw fish [also good if players need food, but have no cooking skill]
Axe and Pickaxe Store [also sell hammer]
Feel Free to add and take from suggestion!

Would be too easy... Maybe make seperate skilling places?

Meh, like i said u can add and take from this.
Seperate would also do the trick, but if its all together, a mini skilling community will grow there, instead of having 1/2 people at each spot.

obviously Runecrafting will have to be seperate, and maybe a few others.
Runecrafting should be in the Abyss?
